What is Opdivo?

OPDIVO is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) blocking antibody indicated for the treatment of advanced Lung Cancer, Melanoma, advanced Kidney Cancer, Head and Neck Squamous Cell Cancer, Advanced Liver Cancer, Advanced Bladder Cancer, Colorectal Cancer and Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Opdivo Dosage
Administer OPDIVO as an intravenous infusion over 30 minutes.
Unresectable or metastatic melanoma
OPDIVO 240mg every 2 weeks or 480mg every 4 weeks
OPDIVO 1 mg/kg, followed by ipilimumab on the same day, every 3 weeks for 4 doses, then OPDIVO 240 mg every 2 weeks or 480 mg every 4 weeks.
Adjuvant treatment of melanoma
• OPDIVO 240 mg every 2 weeks or 480 mg every 4 weeks.
Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer
• OPDIVO 240mg every 2 weeks or 480mg every 4 weeks.
Small cell Lung cancer

Nivolumab side effects：

Severe infusion reactions. Tell your doctor or nurse right away if you get these symptoms during an infusion of OPDIVO:
chills or shaking ○ dizziness ○ itching or rash ○ fever ○ flushing ○ feeling like passing out ○ difficulty breathing

● Complications of stem cell transplant that uses donor stem cells (allogeneic). These complications can be severe and can lead to death. Your healthcare provider will monitor you for signs of complications if you have an allogeneic stem cell transplant.
