Palbonix 125 (Palbociclib) 125mg online

Palbonix 125 (Palbociclib) 125mg is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with:

• an aromatase inhibitor as initial endocrine based therapy in postmenopausal women; or
• fulvestrant in women with disease progression following endocrine therapy.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Palbonix 125 (Palbociclib) 125mg capsules are taken orally with food in combination with an aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant.

1. Recommended starting dose: 125 mg once daily taken with food for 21 days followed by 7 days off treatment.
2. Dosing interruption and/or dose reductions are recommended based on individual safety and tolerability.

Axitinib Side Effects：

Low white blood cell counts (neutropenia).

Low white blood cell counts are very common when taking PALBONIX 125 (PALBOCICLIB) 125MG and may cause serious infections that can lead to death. Your healthcare provider should check your white blood cell counts before and during treatment. If you develop low white blood cell counts during treatment with PALBONIX 125 (PALBOCICLIB) 125MG, your healthcare provider may stop your treatment, decrease your dose, or may tell you to wait to begin your treatment cycle. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you have signs and symptoms of low white blood cell counts or infections such as fever and chills.

Common side effects of PALBONIX 125 (PALBOCICLIB) 125MG when used with either letrozole or fulvestrant include:

1.Low red blood cell counts and low platelet counts are common with PALBONIX 125 (PALBOCICLIB) 125MG. Call your healthcare provider right away if you develop any of these symptoms during treatment:

o dizziness

o shortness of breath

o weakness

o bleeding or bruising more easily

o nosebleeds

2.infections (see “What is the most important information I should know about PALBONIX 125 (PALBOCICLIB) 125MG?”)

• tiredness nausea

• sore mouth

• diarrhea

• hair thinning or hair loss

• vomiting

• rash

• loss of appetite

• abnormalities in liver blood tests

PALBONIX 125 (PALBOCICLIB) 125MG may cause fertility problems in males. This may affect your ability to father a child.
